This is the last spring games we will be playing. We will be having a meeting to discuss the Varsity Basketball Team Tryouts and summer expectations.
Due to Mothers Day, we will make sundays practice optional.

It should be a very competitive tournament and a great opportunity for us to develop further.

There are 3 gyms and 6 courts. They are all connected. West gym(W) has two courts, Central gym (C) has 2 courts and the East Gym (E) has 2 gyms.

Ok I received the schedule for the weekend.
It looks like they stacked our games on Sat.
We play at 9am vs i-ball on Sat. @ Northwest University in Kirkland (it is close by)

If we finish 1st, we play on Sun. morning @ 10:15am ( win or lose this gm we play @ 2pm on sun. afternoon)
We are guaranteed 4 games.
Hope this makes sense. I will be travelling down to Bellevue on Friday after school. I have some spots in my van to transport anyone that needs a ride. I also booked an extra room for any players that have not made arrangements. I will be travelling back to BC after our Sunday games.
We will have a meeting tomorrow at lunch to finalize rides and sleeping arrangements.
You need passports, letters of permission to cross the border with someone other than your parents, money for hotel costs and food, casual clothes and basketball gear, shoes and top gun reversible jersey. If there is a problem with any of these please feel free to email or talk to me at any time. I want to go down and have a great basketball experience.

Unfortunately, we have to cancel the practice tomorrow as the gym will not be cleaned from the fundraising event on Sat. night in time for our practices.

The Sr. Top Gun Team will attending the NCAA Premier Showcase Tournament at Bellevue College on April 20-22.
THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL FUNCTION! As per the rules of off season activities, we must run as a separate club. Therefore, the hotel reservations and transportation will be on the individual players/families to provide for the weekend. It is possible to commute as it is roughly 2 hours away but not recommended. I will be staying at this hotel and am willing to monitor the activities of the boys as long as I know where they are staying and with whom. In the past, a group of boys have combined to 4 to a room and shared the cost.

They have reasonable rates, a free breakfast and it is close to Bellevue College. I would recommend it for the rest of the team and their families. It is going to be a great experinece on a basketball level and hopefully all families can be there to support.

Top Gun season will start the first day after spring break with our weight training program that runs Mon/Wed/Fri 3-4pm. These weight training sessions are for both the Sr and Jr teams and are a great way to improve your overall strength and verticals. The practice sessions for the Sr. team will be on Sun. 12:00-1:30pm and Tues. 3-5pm. The practice sessions for the Jr. Team will be on Sun. 1:30-3:00pm and Tues. TBA. The Sr. Spring League is on Thurs. and the club tournaments will be posted on the calendar under the schedule of this website. The spring season runs from the end of March to first week of June.
Please schedule accordingly as we have committed to these events now based on the level of interest at our tryout. There is a cost to this team. All participants must have a cheque for Holy Cross High School for $150.00 on the first day after spring break. This covers the registration costs, referee cost, training and facilities.

Here we go!!! Spring club season. We will be holding tryouts for the Top Gun Boys Basketball Club on Wed. March 14th 3-5pm @ HC gym and Thurs. March 15th 3-5pm @ HC gym.

If you are unable to commit to the schedule or cost please do not attend the free tryout. We are assuming all players at the tryout are prepared for the club season.
We have a packed schedule. We have a personal trainer coming in to train the boys 3xweek, 2 bball practices/week, spring league, tournaments in USA.

Congratualtions to our very own Jr. Crusaders who came back to win the Metro League Championship final 51-48. Our first U13 Championship! A special congrats to all players for their hard work. We look forward to seeing all at Holy Cross soon. Congrats to Meghan Guze and Taylor Browne for coaching and dedicating their time and efforts to developing our young men.
